Site execution is supported by a complete engineering and commercial structure, one project-control platform and a single operating standard. Electrical contracting is the core international launch capability, with ELV expansion subject to the required local activities, approvals and technical requirements in each market.

PREXEN is actively developing selected international markets across the Middle East and Southeast Asia, currently focusing on Malaysia, Singapore and Saudi Arabia. We are building contractor relationships, evaluating project opportunities and preparing the delivery structure required to enter these markets through defined Electrical and, where applicable, ELV subcontract packages.
We do not enter projects as a manpower supplier. PREXEN takes responsibility for an agreed work package or designated project area — from mobilisation, engineering coordination and workfront planning through site production, QA/QC, measured quantities, reporting and handover.
Every package is controlled through PREXEN’s digital project-control system. Attendance, manpower allocation, installed quantities, productivity, plan-versus-actual performance, blockers, photo evidence, four-week forecasts and documentation status are tracked within one operating environment, providing structured visibility for both PREXEN management and the client.
For new-market entry, PREXEN is open to starting with a controlled pilot package or designated project area, mobilising the engineering, supervision and site-production structure required for the agreed scope and scaling after demonstrated performance.
